Set up & Pack Down

Ginger & Bean will arrive at least 1-2 hours before your event so we can have plenty of time to set up and be ready to serve at the allocated booking time. Please ensure that the alcohol & beverages are pre chilled and ready upon arrival.

Staffing

There will be x 2 RSA certified bar staff.

Glass & Serving Ware

Wine glasses for up to 100 guests.

Champagne flute glasses for up to 100 guests.

Water glasses for up to 100 guests.

Drink dispensers x 2.

Ice and garnishes for your drinks.

Cocktails

Two cocktails of your choice.

Coffee & Tea

Take away coffee cups

Milk- Different varieties including lactose free, full cream, soy etc.

As each event is different, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your individual needs and we can work with you to achieve the service you are wanting for your event.

Because we are on wheels, we can pretty much 'park up' anywhere- in a paddock, backyard, under a marquee etc.. As long as we have access to power and a flat surface, we will be there to serve your cool drinks in style with lots of smiles. We don't mind to admit that we do steal the show a bit. People just love to take a peak and hang out with Ginger & Bean, she really is your perfect accessory, and backdrop!
